Fics like Article 7.2.1

In Pearl’s defense, she’s not the one who almost got them caught breaching their contract. No public dating for two years from date of signature—pretty straightforward, and Pearl knew Marina’d read it because she was the one who obsessively went over every term and summarized the whole thing for Pearl’s benefit (ignoring that Pearl’d had her lawyer go over it three times already). Marina was the one who freaked out every time Pearl dared to go off script and flirt with her on live TV, and Marina was the one who woke up the morning after their first kiss in terror about the contract.
