Fics like Whatever Way Our Stories End

Here is a story you know: Celebrimbor, son of Curufin and grandson of Fëanor. A smith and craftsman like his father and grandfather before him. A survivor of the horror of the First Age, who rebuilt the world into one of trust and kindness. Who's trust and kindness led to him being tortured and killed. Who still always had hope. This is a story you don't know. Alternatively: A mortal woman becomes Celebrimbor. Like him, she chooses hope and trust over despair and paranoia. Like him, it will never be enough to save her.
