Fics like 06:24 LHR to BOS STATUS: DELAYED

“Is that a fellow New Jerseyan I hear? You’re not supposed to be on the 1 pm flight down to Gotham are you?” “Out of Boston? Yeah.” The man behind him agrees. “Guess they’ll be rebooking both of us.” Tim turns fully around, the line stalled at the counter anyways, with a query about travel plans half formed when the sight of the man behind him leaves the words caught in his throat. He’s older than the last picture Tim saw of him, but he’s spent too many hours staring at photographs, wondering about the person staring back, to mistake him for anyone else. The man behind him is undeniably his older brother, Jason Todd. Who Tim has never met. Because Jason was so mad about Tim’s adoption that he went to school on a different continent and never came home. For ten years.
