Peter Spankoffski was born laughing. If you ask anyone with a medical degree they’d tell you no he fucking wasn’t. Newborns don’t laugh, they can’t. They don’t even smile until a couple weeks out, and laughing is a multi-month project. It’s a developmental stage, you start with socialization, and eventually they start cooing, and then, only then, do you get laughter. And yet, Peter Spankoffski was born laughing.
