Fics like When Someday Comes

“Hyung…” Seungmin sighs. It’s a fight he’s going to lose, he can see that. But it feels so wrong, displacing Minho like this because of his own stupidity. “We can share it,” Minho says, rolling his eyes. “Would that make you feel better?” It would be bizarre to climb under the covers with someone he barely knows. People do it all the time, stumbling home late at night with a stranger, nervous and trying to keep quiet, not wake up the household. They get undressed, they get into bed, and so on…But this isn’t that. It would almost be easier if it was. The expectations would be clear. It wouldn’t be an imposition because Seungmin would be giving something back. Here, though, Minho isn’t asking him to reciprocate generosity. He’s not letting him. “Okay,” Seungmin says. ・・・ Or: Seungmin suspects the life he's lived is not the life that was intended for him. So, he flies to South Korea to see what things would've been like had he never left. Everything changes once he meets Lee Minho.
