Fics like falling backwards

“Do you remember two weeks ago when I bought you coffee twice in a row instead of alternating like usual and you said you owed me?” Seungmin asks without any sort of preface. Minho blinks at him uncomprehendingly. “I’m here to cash in the favour now.” “You interrupted my rest time at ass o’clock in the middle of the week to come ask for a coffee I owe you?” Seungmin shakes his head. “No. I need you to pretend to date me.” Minho blinks at him again, then shuts the door in his face. After confessing and getting rejected by his best friend, Seungmin comes up with an elaborate plan to save face that involves fake dating Minho in order to prove that he's moving on. There's no chance of feelings from either side, since they're both already caught up in their unrequited ones - right?
