Fics like Sunshine In Your Pocket

The heroes have stumbled into many new and unfamiliar eras, and while this one may be stranger than most, it's nothing new. What's new is the blonde girl who drags them out of danger and warns them away from hurting her beloved. (Or: How they might have met Sky) Then something dodges, ducking under his sword with a hiss, and he staggers back into Time, his face draining of blood as he takes in dusky skin and blonde hair and blue-green eyes. He almost—his stomach threatens to rebel, and he buries that thought to deal with later. She dodged, that's what matters. The girl's ears twitch a few times in rapid succession, her brow furrowing, but she doesn't look angry—only surprised. She opens her mouth, then stops abruptly, shoulders tensing. Her hand flashes out and Hyrule flinches as she rips his sword out of his shock-slackened grip; her skirts flare out as she spins sharply on her heel and slashes her stolen sword, blood and iron gleaming in the faint light as she cuts down one of those bokoblins. This story is fully written and will update on Wednesdays.
