Fics like Mandated Reporter

William Lancer wasn't one to jump to conclusions, however, the facts pointed to only one reasonable conclusion, the Fentons were abusing Danny and Jazz. So, William reported it and then took them in as his foster kids when the Fentons were arrested, shortly followed by Mayor Masters. The three of them move to Gotham because it's crazy enough to be reminiscent of home without the pain of staying in Amity. Who would ever force their foster kids to live in the town where their parents had gotten away with abuse? Certainly not William Lancer.
