Fics like Make Refuge for Each Other

After the destruction of the Hosnian System, then Starkiller Base, the galaxy is in chaos. Power struggles consume both the former New Republic and the First Order; the environmental effects of the Starkiller beam prove devastating. Finn wakes up, half-healed, alone, determined to help. (Written for a challenge to treat The Force Awakens as a standalone canon, disregarding everything that came after. So this is canon-divergent on a few levels.)
