His head snaps up. He didn’t know Jack was seeing anyone. “Who?” “I told Quinn that I was thinking about bringing you,” Jack tells him. Nico opens his mouth to say something but Jack continues talking. “Please do this one thing for me. It’s just two weeks of pretending to be my boyfriend. I owe you one if you do this to me. Pretty please, Nico?” What can he say to that? No? The way Jack is practically pleading with him. He sounds desperate for Nico to do this for him. Jack is his best friend.
