I'm an Arbiter. More specifically, I'm one of the mysterious "Arbiters of the Head", shadowy assassins who are known as the ones that uphold the laws of The City. It's my job to make sure no funny-business goes around, and to eliminate impurity and corruption.. to an extent, anyway. There are many rumors about us Arbiters, and most sane people make it a point to stay far away from anywhere we are, or anything we're doing. It doesn't mean arbitration is any that different from any other job, though. Not all of us are the well-spoken, sullen, and.. tall.. agents of The Head that popular media portray us as. Sometimes, it's fun to have a little fun on the job — even when everyone is scared shit-less of you.
