Fics like I Wanna Be a Rockstar

All his life, Peter has been musically gifted, but when he's given the chance to tour with none other than the iconic Storm and Nightcrawler, his dream of becoming a famous musician suddenly starts to become a reality. And when Peter is signed to the infamous Brotherhood Records label, he finally gets to meet his lifelong hero - the ex-rockstar turned record executive Erik Lehnsherr. Everyone knows about Erik's mysterious past surrounding his acquisition of the record label and the accident that paralyzed famous talk show host Charles Xavier; but Peter's more interested in the fact that his mom apparently used to know the guy. As Peter navigates the music industry amid skyrocketing fame, invasive paparazzi, and his own lingering grief over a personal tragedy, he just might learn that the family he's been yearning for has been right in front of him all along. (Non-mutations, fame AU)
