Castiel is back from the Empty. Dean saved him. But there’s something else he needs to save him from: Cas can’t sleep, he’s traumatized from being in angel hell and can’t even close his eyes because darkness triggers him and the nightmares won’t leave him alone. Dean has wisdom to share on the matter—but maybe he’s not ready to. Or, the sequel to “… You can have me” where Castiel is back and he’s scared of the dark, too. And Dean offers to sleep in the same room and has to deal with his feelings in the process.
