Fics like Mine is Black and Bruised (Yours is Perfectly Fine)

"You know, my dad came from a star." Lo'ak smiled softly yet proudly, pointing toward the illuminated night skies earnestly. "That one. Right there." He didn't know when it began, the whole favoritism thing. At least that was how Lo'ak saw it. Everything was always about Neteyam this, Neteyam that; How he was the perfect son who could achieve anything— while Lo'ak was the screw-up. The outcast. The imperfect son. All he wanted was one, specific thing. And the current Jake, his father, wasn't gonna cut it. So Eywa intervenes. Or; Lo'ak dealing with Neteyam's death and his imposter syndrome at the same time. Maybe he finally gets to hear what he needed to hear now that he's the eldest brother. Ouch. /// The main story will be the first chapter and extra, following extras will be independent oneshots for your viewing pleasure.
