Fics like Trying to Get to You

While watching the Elvis Movie (again), a horrible migraine hits you feverishly and all you want to do is sleep. You wake up in 1956 on Beale St, where you are shocked to meet Elvis-Austin. You get to know him, his family, the awful Colonel and help Elvis-Austin discover who he truly is and what he wants in a world that is telling him that he is the devil and should be arrested just for swinging his hips while he sings. This is a story about You (the Reader) and how you meet Elvis-Austin between the ‘Club Handy’ scene in the movie until the ‘Russwood Park Concert’ scene and what happens after you wake up back in 2023. But back in 1956, you can’t help but fall in love with Elvis-Austin and this amazing, confusing, sexy, dramatic, romantic adventure with him. Thank you so much for reading, for the kudos and the comments <3
