Fics like Shout at the world, because the world doesn't love you

Tommy was annoying It was a known fact. This isn't some way of self-deprecating himself, either, he genuinely just... Annoys everybody. It was a rare and very unfortunate power to have developed, filled in a world of people with hybrid-based powers, water control, fire control, super senses, or invisibility and speed, Or... Nullifying powers. Tommy was aware nullifying powers existed of course, and they weren't exactly that rare... At least, not as rare as the other powers that about, half of the population tend to develop- He simply didn't expect to notice coming in contact with somebody that has nullifying powers, because as far as he was concerned, he had nothing to nullify. Then he did. ﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌ Or, three time's tommy's power caused him to annoy everybody around him, and one time everyone was happy (there's a lot more to this I just can't put it into words haha) Title from Miserabilia by Los Campesinos!
