Fics like A Flower For You

Phil doesn’t cry. But as he stands before Tommy, his shoulders shaking, and his eyes shining in the moonlight, he’s about as close as he gets to it. Tommy reaches up to grab his hand with his smaller ones. He hadn’t meant to make him sad. He just wanted to tell him how much he missed his dad! How he didn’t mind dying if it meant Phil would be his family again. “You’re not supposed to be this…this small. Is this how bad we failed you?” It’s barely said over a whisper. Tommy has to strain his ears to even make out the words. “I promise Tommy,” Phil says his eyes growing a fire in them. “We’re going to make this right. We’ll make it go away.” And under the snowfall of the arctic winds. Tommy can’t help but believe him. . . . AU- When you die, your ghost takes the age of when you were the happiest in your life. Tommy dies in the prison. Enter Ghostinnit. A toddler.
