Fics like The Light in the Dark

Waking up in the Octarian army's experimental wing was definitely not your ideal vacation getaway. When the life you had come to adore so much was ripped right from your grasp, you were faced with a war: one for your sanity, and one for your happiness. In an attempt to escape the facility that bars your freedom, you meet many new faces—some welcoming, others vile—that would shape the reality you came to know—for good.
