Fics like Altered Reflections
A long time ago, a god and his knight fell in love. It almost causes the end of the world. But that doesn't matter right now. In the present, Himelda Window Cure Queen of the Blue Sky - also known as Cure Princess - is fighting against the Phantom Empire's forces in hopes of restoring her home, the Blue Sky Kingdom. The only problem, (as Pikarigaoka's other resident Cure, Cure Fortune, likes to remind her), is that she's really, really bad at it. Enter Megumi Aino, who might just be the solution to Hime's problems. Or, a reinterpretation of Happiness Charge Precure, as done by someone who hasn't seen the entire show but would love to play around with the concepts it introduces because she thinks they're super cool.
