Fics like They're back

The last time the precure ever saw the selfish trio was in 2013, 12 years ago! Everyone had moved on with their life, Mana (26) was now a professional pastry chef, Alice was busy as the primary owner of Yotsuba Zaibatsu (26), Makoto (27) is an A-list celebrity who goes on constant tours wold-wide, Regina (25) is a fashion designer, Aguri (22) is studying to become a lawyer, and Rikka (26) is in a trauma nurse, inspired by her mother’s pediatric career. One day as everything is normal at the hospital, a patient comes in, with their heart missing. The cures might need to start up their Lovely Commune! Ira and Marmo are back and much more sinister! But, where is Bel? What are they up to this time!? Basically aged-up AU, but more gorey. Yes it will eventually be Ira x Rikka.
