Fics like The Case of the Weary Detective

Sherlock Holmes is overworked and soon finds himself very ill. After collapsing from exhaustion at Scotland Yard, Dr. Watson bundles him into a carriage and takes him to Baker Street, where he and Mrs. Hudson begin nursing Holmes back to health. This is basically a Sherlock Holmes sick fic written (somewhat) in the style of the original stories. That being said, it takes place in Victorian England, not modern times (sorry BBC Sherlock fans, haha).
