Fics like Handle with Care

After almost losing Qui-Gon Jinn on Naboo, Obi-Wan is knighted and returns to his home planet to learn more about the unique Force culture of Stewjon. Years later, solo Knight Kenobi is called to rescue his former master, his former master's current padawan, and Senator Amidala from causing an intergalactic incident and kicking off a war. Obi-Wan succeeds in the rescue, fails to prevent a war, and then negotiates the participation of the Jedi Order in the war. Or, the one where the clones get to run the war effort the way they always should have and Obi-Wan has wings because why not.
