Fics like What Lies Within

What happens when Buffy turns to Spike to help her understand her nature as a Slayer? What happens when Riley experiences the natural consequences of his visits to the suckhouse? Written for the 2022 April Challenge month as a response to SlayrGrl's Vampire Riley challenge. It's essentially a season 5 rewrite, AU elements start pretty much immediately but really ramp up mid-season. Banner by the amazing Irandamay and betaed by the equally amazing the_big_bad (so much thanks to you both!) Content warnings will be updated as the story progresses if necessary but they include everything I'm aware of so far. Please feel to reach out to me if you have any questions about any of my content warnings. There is canon Biley until there isn't, and some canon Sparmony and Sprusilla-in-flashbacks.
