Fics like Restless Heart Syndrome

Eddie wakes up from his coma on a Friday afternoon with Robin at his bedside, because of course he does. “So… this is really weird” Eddie says. “So weird!” she agrees. “I don’t even know what to do now, because I’m supposed to stay with you for like another hour or something, but I never even thought about what I’d say to you if you woke up while I was here.” “What do you mean you’re supposed to stay with me for another hour?” He asks, looking more than a little mortified, his voice a loud theatrical whisper as he asks “Do you… you’re taking turns sitting with me?” --- Eddie forms new relationships with The Party while he recovers in the hospital. Now if only Steve would stop being so fucking sweet to him, then maybe he wouldn't be setting off his heart monitor constantly.
