Fics like head over heels

Steve Harrington has a plan. It goes a little something like this: Step 1: Acquire one of Eddie’s shirts. Step 2: Sew the shirt onto Find someone who can sew. Step 3: Make them sew the shirt onto the back of a jacket. Step 4: Find a bunch of cool pins and patches to add to the jacket. Step 5: Give the jacket to Eddie on the day of his graduation. Eddie is finally graduating, which means that Steve has to give him a gift. He realises some things along the way.
