Fics like You and I, Side By Side, Forever

Bev huffed. “Who cares!?” She snapped, making them all jump. “Look I get it, things are a mess but do you guys not see that your friend is kind of breaking down!?” She gestured to Richie. “What is wrong with you guys!? If something was wrong, he should’ve been able to come to us in the first place because he’s our friend and we love him!” They all went completely silent, nothing but guilt on their faces. Bev looked at Richie regretfully. “And it’s on us that you don’t know that.” Fresh tears formed in Richie’s eyes as he started sobbing all over again despite his inner wishes. But this time it was different. Because this time the Losers were there. OR: After getting screamed at by Henry for flirting with Connor at the arcade, Richie runs to the clubhouse instead, and learns that not only will he never have to feel alone again, but that even someone as messed up as him can be loved.
