Fics like fruit from a forbidden tree

Eddie knows he should refuse. He should walk away from this guy with wild hair and thick glasses that don’t obscure the way his eye squints when he grins. He should get a cab back to his hotel, text his fiancée back, take an aspirin, and go to sleep. Tomorrow, he’s flying back to New York. This was a mistake, a single deranged misfire of his usually iron self-control, and the last thing he should do is indulge it any further. He knows that. * Or: a week before he's supposed to get married, Eddie hooks up with a stranger in a bar, and it changes the trajectory of his life.
