Dean enjoys cooking the annual holiday meals for his family. This year, though, Sam's vegetarian girlfriend is going to come over for Thanksgiving. Dean does not do vegetarian. Sam suggests that Dean try preparing something that he knows Amelia likes, seitan. Sam even tells him about the co-op so that he can find this so-called seitan. Even though Dean doesn't do the hippie co-op thing, he does care an awful lot about family. So he makes the sacrifice and goes there. While there he meets Cas. Seitan, brisket, and flirting ensue.
