They both quickly averted their eyes. "I-- If I must," Regulus replied, trying his best to sound bored. He must have let some of his excitement leak into his tone because he could see James' lips curve into a smile from the corner of his eye. "But Potter sleeps on the floor," he added, just to bring the older man's ego down a few notches. James smile immediately disappeared.
