“But who he wants is right in front of him. He and Lucy are so fucking in love. They could have the entire fairy tale romance, but they can’t see it. They use the job as an excuse to not be in a relationship, but then they turn around and use it as an excute to spend as much time together as they possibly can. And something seems to have shifted recently. The longing glances and the way they tease and talk and just generally invade each other's space has gotten worse. They could be so happy, Wes. They could be so fucking happy.” Angela shakes her head and finishes her glass of wine. She just wants her friends to be happy. He deserves babies and happiness and happily ever after, and Lucy could give that to him. Lucy desperately wants to give that to him, if what Angela has observed is any indication, but unless something or someone literally forces them together… “Oooooh,” Angela breathes, and she’s suddenly grinning from ear to ear, her hands clasping in front of her chest as she turns to Wesley. OR Angela and Wesley play matchmaker.
