Fics like The Curious Case of a Child Guard

“Sam, who’s that?!” Tommy was given a special chair, still high above everyone else. He pointed down at one of the knights, the skinny one with long pink hair. “I believe that’s Technoblade. He’s one of the new recruits.” “Ooh… Why is he so tiny?” Sam stifled a laugh behind a closed fist. He stood next to the prince, back up straight in that same boring way every knight did. “He’s around his highness Wilbur’s age. I assume he’s still growing.” “I see- wait but Wilbur’s fourteen!” “Techno’s a year younger then.” Sam said it so normally, as if having a child in the first division was anything but thinly veiled murder. Or. Prince Tommy’s never worked a day in his life, and he doesn’t think guard Techno should be either.
