Fics like you be the tightrope, baby i'll be the safety net

Every time Anakin tries to tell someone about Obi-Wan Kenobi, they don't believe him. Saying My boyfriend goes to another school is basically saying I'm insecure about being single and am lying to look cool to teenage ears. Fast forward ten years, and the now Kenobi-Skywalker couple is invited to the wedding of one of Anakin's old high school buddies. When Obi-Wan finds out exactly why Anakin is hesitant to go, and the depth that it's impacted his self-confidence, he gets a little...well. Catty. At the reception.
