Fics like anything to see you smile

For someone who nearly always had a confident, charismatic grin painted on his face, Theo Raeken very rarely smiled. Most people didn’t notice the insincerity in his carefully-crafted façade, but Liam did. And as much as he hated to admit it, Theo’s real smile was breathtaking. It lit his green eyes up like a warm, sun-soaked field and brought out a soft pink blush in his cheeks—almost like the experience of feeling genuinely happy was exhilarating for him. Theo inarguably had a plethora of infuriating qualities that frequently made Liam want to knock his teeth in, but that smile. For some reason, Liam found himself craving it like an addict going through withdrawals. [or: liam lives for theo's smiles] -- prompt: Telling them a dumb joke just to see their smile.
