Fics like The Celebration of the Seven

Once every thirteen years, the Gerudo throw a party. Zelda doesn’t remember much of the first time she attended, because it was a hundred and seventeen years ago and she was four. She does know that for three days, the entirety of Gerudo Town sits empty as its residents take to the multi-acre maze of tents and booths that pop up outside the entrance. “No hangover, I promise, on all seven of the heroines,” Riju says, waving over a server with enormous glasses filled to the brim with a deep red drink. “Sav’eqas!” She exclaims, bringing the drink to her lips and downing nearly a third of it. Zelda turns to Link, who shrugs, taking a swig of his own, and she brings the glass to her lips.
