Fics like The Belly of the Beast

Your relationship with John Doe is turned upside down when his ex reappears in his life and promptly stuffs him with eggs. Now you have to deal with parasitic pregnancies, strange cravings, and the day-to-day challenges of living in the Uncanny Valley. Will your relationship survive? (Contrary to the tags, the story contains no explicit sex and is largely an exploration of pregnancy and relationships mixed with weird fluff and bio horror. Chapters are individually rated.)
