Fics like Fuyuhiko and Kazuichi's Guide to Despair Disease: A How-To Take Care of Your Friends(?) Without Spiraling Out Of Control Story

Their friends- ahem, classmates- are behaving strangely as one by one, people are falling ill to the mysterious Despair Disease. Suddenly, Kazuichi and Fuyuhiko find themselves thrown into way more responsibility than anyone asked for. This changes the course of the whole story. Chapter 3 of Dangan Ronpa 2, but different characters get the Despair Disease than canon. No spoilers for anything after Dangan Ronpa 2!
