Fics like Take The Long Way Home

After sacrificing himself for Dean and being swallowed by The Empty. Castiel finds himself definitively not in eternal rest. Instead, he has somehow ended up in New York City in 2012, falling out of a wormhole in the sky. Now, the Avengers need to deal with a guy who claims that he's an angel from another universe - while also still having to deal with their regular, own universe, shit going down.
