Fics like live your life peacefully

Chiaki has never seen Midori let anyone touch his ears. The others in Ryuseitai are fine with close contact! And of course, Chiaki lets anyone who asks touch the floppy dog ears perched upon his head. But try as he might, he’s never noticed anyone petting Midori’s downtrodden bunny ears. He looks so upset all the time, and Chiaki can’t help but think he might be able to coax a smile out of him if he can just show him the wonders of someone stroking his ears. It’s the best feeling in the world, really, to feel someone’s affection in such an intimate way. It’s a show of trust and love, and there’s no one Chiaki loves more than his unitmates. And so begins his quest to pet Midori’s ears. --- in which everyone is an animal hybrid. why? i don't know. NOT a/b/o.
