Fics like Pull My Heart Out, Reconstruct

“What happened to me? Let me tell you what happened to me. I have sacrificed everything for this kingdom. For Remnant itself. I have given my life, half my body, my literal heart, and two nights ago I gave my remaining arm and none of it has made any difference! Salem has kept coming and we have kept losing! Every time I think I've won, every time I win, I lose!” After defeating him and stopping his bomb, Ruby offers Ironwood a chance to fix the mess he's made. Can anyone reach him through the anger and fear that led him to such drastic actions?
