Ignoring her, he grabs the comfiest chair in the room and starts loudly moving it to be next to her station, while gathering the comfiest blankets he can find. Sitting down in his newly acquired chair, he finally looks up to meet her confused eyes with determined fury in his own. “I’m going to make this very clear. This is a call for attention. I need an hour or two of your undivided attention. I need you to listen to me, and not talk until the end. I need you to do this or I’m going to do something drastic like run away or burn down a building. Can you do this for me?” Her widened eyes do not make any change to his composed demeanor and stern eyes. The thing about never asking for something is that when you finally do, the smart people will listen.
