Fics like open seas, open skies.

The sea has always been known to hide monsters, great beasts of note that will take for themselves the goods and lives of those aboard merchant ships and pirate vessels alike. But where the naval forces of Ravka have failed, there are stories of one pirate - Captain Sturmhond of the Volkvolny - who has managed to survive these waters. No one really knows why Queen Zoya has put her trust in the hands of a ruthless pirate captain, but the truth of it is really quite clear: If they cannot find the source of these monsters, and put a stop to them, Ravka will not survive. Therefore, it is up to Captain Sturmhond, and the crew of the Volkvolny to not only track down and subdue the creatures, but to come back alive. With the help of a tracker, an acrobat, a sharpshooter, and a thief, they set off into the seas to find the cause. a.k.a. grishaverse sinbad au. c:
