Fics like Letters to Luca

Many things have changed in Portorosso since Luca and Giulia left for school. With that comes many new things Alberto has to adjust to. He's been less lonely, he smiles more, and he's making friends. But there's one thing that's missing, and the seaside town feels a little less vibrant to Alberto. He misses Luca, and even though he doesn't actually say it to anyone else, it's obvious. Luca's been having a blast at school and exploring Genoa with Giulia and her mother. But the whole time, he can't shake the thought that this would all be perfect with Alberto right by his side. He finds many things that remind him of the other boy and on some occasions he even sends them back home to Alberto in the mail. But talking over the phone and sending letters sometimes just isn’t enough. What if there was a way to get Alberto to come and visit them in Genoa? Like a school dance, perhaps? i.e. both Luca and Alberto miss each other dearly, and Luca might just have a temporary solution to see Alberto before summer hits.
