Fics like the mechanic and the mercenary

“Heya VH! I got a bit of a problem I figured you could help with. You know my ma? ‘Course you do. She’s been on my ass for a few years about getting me a partner—but dating ain’t exactly my strong suit. I just don’t have time for it, really. Moxxi doesn’t care about that, though. I think she figures I’m lonely, working on cars and shit. But I think if I bring someone to Hammerlock’s anniversary party, she’ll leave me alone. Whaddya say?” FL4K replies, incredulous, “Are you asking me on a date?” - Ellie needs a date to Hammerlock and Wainwright's 1 year anniversary party. So, as you do, she calls up her mercenary friend to pretend to be her partner. Shenanigans ensue!
