Fics like Phoenix House

After Rhodey was hurt on a mission, Omega!Tony Stark created and funded the Phoenix House-- a halfway house/ live in rehab center for wounded servicemen staffed by therapists, counselors, and instructors all ready to help the former soldiers in their journey towards mental and physical healing. Alpha!Bucky Barnes came home from Afghanistan without his smile, his confidence or his left arm and after several months in hospital is released to the Phoenix House for continued therapy. There he meets the wildly unprofessional but wholeheartedly helpful Omega!Tony and when the pair locks eyes for the first time, everything in the Alpha's body registers 'mate'. Bucky needs to get his heart, mind and body back in focus before trying to flirt with the distractingly pretty little Omega, but boy howdy is it hard to concentrate when Tony does his daily yoga in LEOTARDS. ...if only Phoenix House didn't have a rule against companions and residents dating...
