Fics like shiny objects

“Wiilllbyyy!” Wilbur slowly opens his sticky eyes and groans softly as he pushes himself upright. The sun was still setting so he assumed he hadn’t slept for long. “Wilby!” Tommy must be back inside. Wilbur takes a deep breath and prepares for the chaos that will be having a conversation with a literal racoon. He gets up, stretches, and opens his door. “I’m in my room Toms!” There is a half a second before he hears the scurrying of little feet on the floor. Tommy flies up his stairs nearly falling flat on his face as he turns down the hallway, Wilbur has a moment to prepare before Tommy jumps into his arms letting out little squeaks. or: tommy is a raccoon hybrid who brings wilbur bits of trash to show him his appreciation
