Fics like We'll (Ender)walk this long road together

“Ranboo, do you remember me? Do you know who I am?” Ranboo lashes his tail. Yes? No? He knows the human is familiar and comfort and happiness. But he does not know a name, or how they met before. Ranboo shakes his head. “Oh. Okay,” the boy takes a deep breath. Liquid glistens in the corners of his eyes, but he’s smiling when he looks back up. “That’s okay. I’ll help you. My name is Tubbo.” or Tubbo finds out about Ranboo's Enderwalk. This doesn't really change anything between them; Ranboo is still Ranboo, when he remembers and when he doesn't. Tommy's not so sure. Ranboo, Tubbo, and Tommy cope with their trauma in different ways but they have each other's backs. Set shortly after Tommy was revived in prison, and then diverges from Canon. Eventual happy ending!
