The premise: A little fix-it fic for a very adorable AI called Edgar and his dream of becoming a real boy. The Fic plays around a year after the events of the movie, Miles and Madeline have moved in together, this of course included Miles computer, Edgar. Now fully aware and concious, Edgar charms himself into the heart of Madeline who has an idea one day. She wants to surprise Edgar with something special, tarnished as a simple road trip, they travel to Urbana, Illinois to meet up with a certain scientist... MIles has no idea of course what his girlfriend has planned and is quite surprised when he finds out. Edgar in the meanwhile can`t wait to simply spend time with his favorite humans together
