Fics like Walk Home Drunk
Hijikata helps Gintoki get home when he is drunk. It shouldn't go any further than that, but somehow things get complicated. They smoke together late at night and get way too close to something new. Neither of them is emotionally equipped to deal with the fallout. They dance around each other and insult each other all while falling into "something more." A very slow-paced fic about falling in love with a lot of humor.
