Fics like Stray Heroes

Reports of sightings of the members of the Villain Alliance have been popping up and causing havoc all over Japan, repeatedly and with the puzzling situation of the same members being spotted in different cities at the same time, and many heroes, including a large number of those in the hero education system, have been called to track them down in groups. Due to particularly dire situation in Yokohama, which is majorly quirkless due to having been quarantined during the first couple generations of quirk users, and relatively defenceless against the threats of the Villain Alliance and illegal organisations such as the Port Mafia combined, a large number of heroes have been sent there to hopefully alleviate the situation. Without their homeroom teacher as well as a large number of their other teachers absent, it would seem as if 1A is in for a boring few months while the situation is resolved. Thankfully, a certain substitute teacher from the Armed Detective Agency has a couple other plans. (So much for a dramatic summary. Basically, Aizawa and three others go to Yokohama and work with the ADA while Ranpo goes "substitute" for 1A, but we all know he's there for other reasons.)
