Fics like Hanami (Flower Viewing)

Springdale was named after spring for how beautiful it dresses for the season. Every year, without fail, you could look at the cherry blossom trees to herald the incoming good weather-branches absolutely full to burst of delicate flowers, vividly pink as only theirs were, cloaking the town in it's own kind of warm snow. There was almost a sense of pride, in keeping track of the cherry blossom front to know when their town would be at it's most beautiful. So it was with a great deal of confusion that Springdale saw its cherry trees blossom, full and proud, one hot mid-summer day. (Cherry blossoms last around a week after peak blossom production. It seems so much longer to Nate, and unlike the Yo-kai who share his opinion, he doesn't have the excuse of time disparity between worlds) Or: The stretch of time between the Yo-kai leaving Springdale, and their return.
